- Worker pay
  - Workers set their own hourly rate when applying or being matched.
  - Workers are paid by ACH to a verified bank account after timesheet approval.
  - Optional Instant Payout available for a small fee per payout.
  - Minimum worker-side billable rate is $15/hr USD platform-wide.
- Company billing
  - Companies are charged per worker-hour worked, not flat fees per job post.
  - Each job has an hourly billable rate that includes:
    1. Worker wage
    2. Per-worker-hour platform/payroll allocation (currently $13/hr USD)
  - Companies see a single billable-per-hour number when posting; workers see only the wage portion.
  - Card payments add a 3.5% convenience fee. ACH is free.
  - No deposit at onboarding; payment method is saved securely (Stripe) and charged after timesheet approval.
- Timesheet integrity
  - Clock-in/out is location-verified.
  - Inside auto-fulfill geofence (~0.25 mi from job site): can auto-approve.
  - Inside manual geofence (~5 mi): manual approval flow.
  - Beyond ~50 mi validation radius: rejected and may trigger a worker strike.
